We are dedicated to providing our valued customers with exceptional service, including clear and efficient processing of all online orders for our luxury sleepwear and premium loungewear. We understand that shopping for high-quality pajamas and comfortable sleep sets should be a peaceful experience. The following guidelines detail our shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment procedures.

Please Note: All transactions and prices displayed on the Calliope Studio website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

 Order Processing and Dispatch

Calliope Studio is committed to prompt order fulfillment.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders received and confirmed before 12:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on a business day are dispatched from our distribution centre on the same business day.

  • Next Business Day Dispatch: Orders placed after the 12:00 PM AEST cutoff, or those received on non-business days (weekends and public holidays), will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Confirmation: A dispatch confirmation email, including your shipment tracking number, will be sent to the email address provided once your order has been completed and prepared for carrier handover.

  • Stock Delays: In the unlikely event of inventory delays affecting your sleepwear order, Calliope Studio will promptly notify you. 

  • Shipping Costs: Please be advised that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Domestic Shipping (Australia Wide)

We utilise Australia Post eParcel services for all Australian delivery addresses, including PO Boxes. Customers can select from Standard or Express options at checkout.

Express Post Service Update: The Express Post service provides our fastest delivery option, aiming for delivery within 1 to 4 business days. Please be aware that Australia Post no longer guarantees next business day delivery. This service is available to street addresses and post office boxes within the specified Express Post network. Delivery guarantees do not extend to remote or certain regional areas. For current delivery standards and network coverage, please consult the official Australia Post website.

International Shipping (Worldwide Delivery)

Calliope Studio proudly offers worldwide delivery of our designer pajamas and luxury nightwear, including to major regions such as the UK, USA, Europe, Canada, and Asia.

  • International Flat Rate: A flat rate of $35.00 AUD is applied to all international orders.

  • New Zealand Orders: For customers in New Zealand, Express Post International is our designated standard shipping service.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: The recipient is solely responsible for all applicable import customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country's government. Calliope Studio is unable to advise on or manage these charges.

  • Country Availability: Should your country not appear as an option during the checkout process, please contact us directly so we may explore an alternative, suitable global shipping solution for your order.
