Express Post is now the fastest delivery service, offering delivery within 1 to 4 business days, but it no longer guarantees next business day delivery. This service is available to all street addresses and post office boxes in most city areas within the Express Post network. Please note that the delivery guarantee does not apply in remote or certain regional areas, and only covers the cost of postage. For more information on delivery times and service availability, please refer to Australia Post's official site.

For New Zealand orders, Express Post International is our standard service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which calliope studio cannot be held responsible for.

For countries outside Australia the recipient becomes the importer of the item and, as such, is liable for any local duties that may be charged. calliope studio cannot be held liable for any such tariffs and we are unable to alter our invoices for this purpose.
